JSC Rietumu Banka has concluded a financing transaction, within which LTD Energy Investments, a special purpose company created by the management team of JSC Latvijas Gāze, acquired a 28.97% stake in Latvijas Gāze from the Luxembourg investment fund Marguerite Gas II.
Rietumu Banka has increased the amount of the credit line for the alternative lending company West Kredit to EUR 40 million. The financing is intended for lending to small and medium-sized companies, as well as real estate developers.
