Priority Pass provides Rietumu Banka cardholders access to airport lounges in more than 130 countries.

Regardless of the ticket class and airline you are travelling with, you have an opportunity to relax or work in a pleasant environment while enjoying complimentary snacks and drinks.

Under the terms and conditions of the card, the cardholder can access lounges with family members or friends.

Make your waiting time at the airport more pleasant and productive, which is especially important on long journeys with connecting flights.

How it works

To enjoy the benefits of your Priority Pass client card, simply present it to the lounge receptionist.

Once you have visited the lounge, the appropriate fee, if any is applicable, will be debited from your bank account.

Some lounges may charge a separate additional fee on site for selected services.

Free mobile application with up-to-date information on airport lounges, their location, opening hours and services provided is available to all Priority Pass program members.

How it works

To start using your membership right away, simply click here to activate.
You’ll need to enter your payment card number to confirm your eligibility.

Steps:

  1. Open the link https://www.prioritypass.com/rietumu and press Continue:

  2. Enter your Rietumu Banka card number to start your Priority Pass membership activation:

  3. Enter your name, surname and e-mail address:

  4. Choose a username and password as well as a security question. Later you will use these data to access your Priority Pass Digital Membership Card;

  5. Enter your address and full card details and activate your membership:

  6. Confirm registration with 3D Secure:

Once your membership is activated, you’ll find your Digital Membership Card in the section ‘My Priority Pass’ on the website (you should log in to access it).

You can also download the Priority Pass App for easy access, log in with your created username and the password and find Digital Membership Card in the ‘Card’ section. The Priority Pass App is convenient for searching lounges and experiences, viewing lounge opening hours, and saving your visit history.

For your convenience you can add your Digital Membership Card into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Lounge entry is also available by just presenting your Rietumu Banka Infinite, Platinum or Gold payment card and mentioning your participation in the Priority Pass programme. The card will be swiped, and the first visit should be authorised securely via 3D Secure.

Before you travel, we recommend you check the lounge listing on the Priority Pass App or website https://www.prioritypass.com to check the valid forms of entry.

Please note that you don't have to pay for the visits at the lounge desk, the fee for the visits of the cardholder and the guests will be charged later by the Bank according to the Tariffs , depending on the card type.

Previously issued or currently active Priority Pass physical cards will remain valid until their expiration date, but no later than 31 December 2026.
