Mortgage in Latvia

In addition to other lending purposes, Rietumu offers its customers financing for business development in Latvia and the Baltic states.

Lending takes the form of both a line of credit – to enhance the company’s cash flow and turnover and a standard loan – for the company’s asset investment or implementation of new construction, development, production and other projects.

The review of an application takes up to two weeks upon submission of a complete package of documents.

Rietumu offers a range of mortgages that are designed to assist individual needs of our customers. Mortgage-secured loans are available:

  • to finance acquisition of residential real estate
  • to refinance existing mortgage loans with other banks (residential real estate refinancing only)
  • to finance other needs you might have in mind, subject to prior alignment with the Bank
  • loans from 700 000 EUR

Escrow Account

Receive a full guarantee of the safety of your transactions, when opening an escrow account for the sale of real estate, capital shares, a car, etc! When opening an escrow account, a trilateral agreement is concluded between the seller, the buyer and the Bank and fulfilment of the agreement terms and conditions is controlled by the Bank.
