Despite the lockdown and the so-far undefeated covid, we at Rietumu continue to work and make plans for the future. Including new investment and credit projects in Latvia and in other Baltic countries. As a retrospective, here is a brief summary of one of the most impressive recent projects.

This is a unique multifunctional complex Kadrioru Plaza in Tallinn whose author is a well-known Estonian architect Vilen Künapuu.

The architecture of Kadrioru Plaza harmoniously combines Art Nouveau motives, Art Deco elements, and modern geometric shapes. And its picturesque colorful facade cheers up even in gray autumn weather!

It was a large and interesting project. The specialists of our investment department Apella worked on it and the current Chairman of the Board of Rietumu, Elena Buraya supervised it.

To implement the project, a bank loan was attracted, and the total investment amounted to 23 million euros.

It is already possible to live, work and relax comfortably in this wonderful, energy-efficient building. On a total area of 13 thousand square meters. meters, there are 95 residential apartments and 40 commercial premises: offices, restaurants, beauty salons, legal bureaus, etc. And in the atrium, there is an art gallery Kadrioru Galerii

The building is located in one of the most famous and picturesque areas of the Estonian capital Kadriorg - with its cafes, famous parks, and museums. And finally, from Kadrioru Plaza, it is within easy reach of the historic center and Tallinn airport.
