We inform you as follows. In Belarus, the use of the cards is halted across the country at all merchant locations and e-shops where the card acceptance service is provided by a Belarusian bank that is subject to the regulatory framework of sanctions legally binding upon the Republic of Latvia. The halt may also entail restrictions on ATM cash withdrawals.
