Rietumu Banka has joined the Securities Sandbox support mechanism of the Latvijas Banka.
The mechanism is intended for supporting the companies willing to raise funding in Latvian capital market.
Securities Sandbox enables potential issuers to obtain an initial assessment free of charge made by experts, as well as recommendations on necessary improvements for entering the capital market.
The support mechanism may be used by private companies, as well as by public and local government companies. Both companies intending to issue shares and those that intend to raise funding by issuing bonds may apply for advice.
