Current Rules for a Personal Visit to the Bank

Due to the changes in the Latvian legislation aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19, Rietumu Bank has introduced a number of rules for personal customer service at the bank.

Please note that it is necessary to observe social distancing when visiting the bank, which means staying 2 meters apart from other people (observing other restrictions related to distancing, if any will be introduced), as well as to observe the requirements regarding hand hygiene and respiratory hygiene.

Customers aged 65 and older, as well as visitors with chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, chronic respiratory infections, etc., will be served in priority order (we ask such clients to make an appointment in advance or to inform the receptionists).

Important to know! People who must self-isolate, isolate or stay in home quarantine; as well as those who have symptoms of a respiratory tract infection, are not allowed to visit the bank.
