On customer service at the premises of Rietumu Bank

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, starting from 15 October the following practice for servicing clients and visitors at Rietumu Bank’s headquarters is being intruded.

Clients who are going to visit the customer service area or safe depository in person will be served by the preliminary appointment only. Please book your appointment on the bank’s webpage or via our Information Service (phone + 371 67025555, e-mail: [email protected]). Our employees will schedule your visit at the most appropriate time or will help to solve the issue remotely.

While being at the bank’s premises all visitors have to use face masks covering mouth and nose, this rule applies for all business meetings as well.

We remind you that almost all our financial services are available remotely. Customers can conduct transactions and execute other operations via internetbank iRietumu.
