30-Aug-2012 / Products & Services On 3 September the USA celebrate a Federal Holiday. Therefore outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 31 August after cut-off-time (6:00 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent with value date marked as 4 September 2012.

Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 3 September will also be sent with value date marked as 4 September.
