18-Sep-2015 / Products & Services The Organising Committee of eCom21 have concluded an agreement with the international payment solutions provider ECommPay, who will be the general partner of the forum.
The IV International Conference eCom21, which is one of the remarkable events in the e-commerce world, will be held on 19-20 November in Riga. The forum organiser is traditionally Rietumu Bank.
“We invariably keep supporting the organisers and will participate in the eCom21 conference, as it is hard to overestimate the need for an annual professional communication platform of such an efficient format,” says the ECommPay Operations Director Dmitry Sinkovich.
According to Mr Sinkovich, it is very rare that just several days in Riga allows coordinating with recognised representatives of the industry so efficiently, discovering the moods and trends of the e-com eco-environment. “Currently, there is no other event in Eastern Europe where the exposition of market participants from not only Russia and the CIS countries, but also the entire world is presented so vividly,” said Mr Sinkovich when characterising the eCom21 conference.
A provider of innovative payment solutions, ECommPay is a long-term partner of the Riga forum, which annually gathers in Riga hundreds of professionals and entrepreneurs from different regions of the world, who implement advanced online services.
According to ECommPay’s Operations Director, the top priorities in this business are now service quality, innovation of technological solutions, business focus of the payment function, and high-risk competency. “For instance, the reason for the success of eCommPay’s solutions was our timely understanding that the mere fact of acquiring and acceptance of online payments stopped being a competitive advantage a long time ago.”
The subject of this conference is “eCom21 – Processing. Acceptance of Payments. E-commerce Evolution.” Forum participants will discuss the features and perspectives of a new entity – non-banking institutions operating online, which can considerably change the payment business in the future, depriving traditional banks of leadership.
There will be a number of authoritative speakers at the forum, such as the Executive Director of the Bitcoin Foundation Jon Matonis, the leading Scandinavian expert on e-commerce industry Simon Sanebak, representatives of Alfa-Bank, Yandex.Money, PayOnline, QIWI Group, Bit Pay, Web Money Europe, 2 Check Out, Unified Payments and other Russian and western market leaders.
