Documents Required to Maintain Your Account

After you open your corporate account with Rietumu Bank, the following documentation is necessary (generally, once a year) for us in order to keep your account active.

Document	How often	Certified by
Power of Attorney / Minutes of Directors Meeting	If expired If Attorney, Directors or Shareholders have changed	Original document certified by Notary + Apostille
Certificate of Good Standing or Extract from the Corporate Register	Every year (Not later than 3 month from the date of registration)	Original document certified by Notary + Apostille
Copy of the Passport	If expired	Copy (or translation), certified by Notary + Apostille

These documents can be obtained and duly certified at the company registrar. Certification of personal documents can usually be done at the notary and then with Apostille in your home country.
