How it works

You can access IAPA services in the Internet www.iapa.com. To register on the website you need to enter instead of username your IAPA membership number indicated on your IAPA card.

You can make hotel or car rental reservations in the following ways:

• by phone + 44 20 8256 9001;
• send a completed Hotel & Car Rental Reservations Fax Form For Associatw Members by fax + 44 20 8256 9002;
• by email: reservations.london@iapa.com ;
• follow information specified in «IAPA Member Handbook».

It is required to specify your IAPA membership number, while making any reservations. Please note that occasionally while renting a car or making a hotel reservation you need to specify a definite IAPA agreement number (its own agreement number for each organization) indicated in «IAPA Member Handbook».

You will get IAPA confirmation of your hotel or car rental reservation within 24 hours and will be informed about prices and discounts.


In case of lost or delayed luggage, you just need to fill-in a respective PIR (Properly Irregularity Report) and contact IAPA representatives who will find your lost airline luggage quickly and efficiently and ensure its delivery.
