Graduated from Moorhead State University of Minnesota (USA), studied economics in Moscow State University of International Relations.

Alexander Pankov

Joined Rietumu Bank in 1996 in the area of currency operations, risk and internal control. Since 2006 Member of the Board, since 2007 First Vice President. Graduated from Riga Civil Aviation Engineers Institute with a Master’s Degree in Economics.

Janis Muižnieks

Member of the Board, Senior Vice President in charge of Legal and Administrative affairs

Joined Rietumu Bank in 2005. Since 2006 Senior Vice President and Member of the Board. Throughout his career, Mr. Muizhnieks was a member of the Latvian Republic’s Supreme Court, a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Court and an assistant to the President of the Latvian Parliament. Mr. Muizhnieks was directly involved in the creation of key legislative bills including the Court System Law, the Latvian Insolvency Law, the Notary Law, and many others.

Dmitry Pyshkin

From 1996, Mr. Pyshkin worked in one of the largest Latvian banks at the time, Saules Banka, in the dealing and correspondent banking as well as lending and corporate customer service departments. Mr. Pyshkin joined Rietumu Bank in 2001, when Rietumu Bank acquired Saules Banka. From 2006 Senior Vice President and Member of the Board. Graduated from the University of Latvia, he holds a Master's Degree in Business Management.
